A lot of driving, driving and more driving visiting golf course superintendents.

Talking to superintendents about their golf course.

Favorite memory from work?

Seeing Superintendents eyes light up after I go over what Golf Safety can do for them and they say “I have to have that”

Visiting hundreds of golf courses that would normally never see.

What are your hobbies and other interests outside of work?

Working on and driving my 1964 Corvette

Where did you go to school?

University of Maryland – Turfgrass and Golf Course Management

How did you end up in the Golf business?

During high school, a good friend tricked me into working at the golf course where his dad was the Superintendent.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

A nice dinner out with an adult beverage

Who are your favorite sports teams?

U of MD basketball and Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?

At the time when I became a CGCS at age 28, I was the youngest to do so.
